$10,000 to Nanaimo Regional General Hospitals

Nanaimo Fire Fighters Local 905 and the Burn Fund donate $10,000  to Nanaimo Regional General Hospital for equipment. The donation will go towards the purchase of a Zimmer Air Dermatome machine which is used for obtaining skin grafts and is a critical tool in providing surgical care to burn and other trauma patients.  The addition of this machine will help to provide timely, state of the art care for patients.
