BC Fire Fighters Receive Special Honour Award from Volunteer Vancouver (Sponsored by Duke Energy)
The Fire Fighters of B.C. – both on and off the job – exemplify what it means to give back. Their contributions are an intrinsic part of our communities. Not only do they provide invaluable emergency services while on duty, but they dedicate themselves to improving the lives of others on their own time. Quite simply the fire fighters of B.C. epitomize the spirit of volunteerism and community involvement.
