Winners Announced in Hometown Heroes Lottery

The BC Professional Fire Fighters' Burn Fund and the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation's Hometown Heroes Lottery Grand Prize draws took place today on Global TV.  The winner of the Grand Home Package valued at over $1.7 million, which includes a 2007 Mazda CX-7 and $50,000 tax-free cash, OR $1.3 million tax-free instead is Brenda Allen of Vancouver.

Six Grand Prizes of $1,000,000 tax-free cash winners are:

Sheilagh & Lloyd Dempstser, Port Coquitlam

Earl & Jackie Paulson, Lumby

Sean Keenan, Vancouver

Mario & Mirna Zakaib, Surrey

Stella Gerard, Langley

Draws for the subsidiary prizes will take place on July 31 and August 1 at the Hometown Heroes Lottery Auditors, KNV Chartered Accountants, 15261 Russell Avenue, White Rock.

The top prizes will be published in the Province on August 16th and a complete list of all 3,727 - of over $3.4 million in prizes will be posted on the Hometown Heroes Lottery website at www.heroeslottery.com on August 17, 2007.
